Terms & Conditions – Premier Partner

1. The promoter of this incentive scheme is Electrolux PLC, Addington Way, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU4 9QQ.

2. This offer is open to employees of selected Premier Partner kitchen studios only. Any claims from ineligible studios will not be accepted. Employees of eligible kitchen studios must ensure they have the consent of their employer to participate in this scheme.

3. Only AEG appliances in the Premier Partner Core Range are eligible for this promotion (see https://aeg-premier-partner-designer-incentive.sales-promotions.com/ for full list of eligible products). Electrolux reserves the right to amend the list of available products at any time. Any claims relating to ineligible products will not be accepted.

4. This incentive has been designed for retail sales, and its intended use is for appliances sold as part of a complete kitchen package. Claims will be reviewed in line with this policy, any claims that appear to fall outside of these criteria, will be investigated and rejected or approved accordingly. Claims for appliances intended for use for contract sales are excluded and will be rejected.

5. A full size oven and hob must form part of the claim in order for the claim to qualify.

6. In order to qualify for incentives, applicants must visit https://aeg-premier-partner-designer-incentive.sales-promotions.com/ and follow the instructions. All claims must include all supporting information specified including reference to the Electrolux order number for validation. Any claims not properly submitted and/or including missing or inaccurate information will not be accepted. Where there is a change to an order post submission it is the responsibility of the designer to log back into the rewards site and notify us of the amendments made to their order. Changes may include an alternative model (in the event of an upgrade or alternative model) or a cancelled model (which would impact the attachment scale).

7. No responsibility is accepted by the promoter for claims which are delayed or lost. It is recommended that participants keep copies of all documents before loading them onto the promotion’s portal. Illegible or altered sales receipts will be deemed as void.

8. Electrolux PLC reserves the right to request further information or documentation in relation claims at any time. If Electrolux becomes aware of or suspects any fraudulent activity or excessive returns in respect of any claim or claims, it reserves the right to suspend the relevant Premier Partner kitchen studio’s access to the promotion either temporarily or permanently.

9. Any Rewards earned during this Premier Partner Rewards Scheme will be loaded onto a reloadable AEG Prepaid Digital MASTERCARD® card.

10. Upon approval of the first claim, participants will receive a reloadable Digital Prepaid Mastercard® which must be retained for any Electrolux Rewards Programmes. Digital Prepaid Mastercard® are issued by Payment Card Solutions (UK) Limited trading as B4B Payments, a company registered in England and Wales (registration number 05941947) and registered office at 21-24 Millbank, London, England, SW1P 4QP. Payment Card Solutions (UK) Limited is authorised and regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number: 930619) for the issuing of e-money. UAB B4B Payments Europe is authorised by the Bank of Lithuania as an Electronic Money Institution (Licence No: 76) under the Law on Electronic Money and Electronic Money Institutions 2011. 11. Electrolux Rewards can be redeemed at any retailer that accepts MASTERCARD®

12. No cash alternative is available.

13. Please be aware that Electrolux PLC has now changed its policy and will not be covering either the basic or higher level of tax due on all rewards earned. Electrolux PLC will continue to ensure that any National Insurance due will continue to be paid on all rewards. It is the responsibility of the claimant to personally account for all tax liabilities with HMRC through a self-assessment tax return. Each salesperson must complete their own claim forms and all forms need to be signed by the storeowners or managers to confirm the claim is valid and is the claim of the individual. For the purposes of inclusion in your tax return, details of all claims that have been paid to you can be found on your account via https://aeg-premier-partner-designer-incentive.sales-promotions.com/en_gb/login-customers/ .

13. The promotional period is from 00.01 on 01.01.26 to 23.59 on 31.12.26 (inclusive) (“Promotional Period”). No claims related to products sold outside the Promotional Period will be accepted.

14. All claims must be submitted within 90 days from the delivery date (“Submission Deadline”). Claims submitted after this time will not be accepted.

15. It may take up to 28 days from sales claim approval for the AEG Digital Prepaid Mastercard® to be loaded.

16. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time (save that any applications made prior to the date of withdrawal will still be processed in accordance with these terms and conditions).

17. IMPORTANT: Please keep hold of your Digital Prepaid Mastercard® for future AEG Rewards.

18. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS ABOVE AS REGARDS CHANGES TO SETTLEMENT OF TAX ON AWARDS MADE UNDER THE REWARD SCHEME IMPLEMENTED BY ELECTROLUX PLC.

19. Personal data submitted by participants of the Electrolux Rewards Programme will be shared with Benamic Unlimited and its sub-contractors for the sole purpose of operating the Electrolux Rewards Programme. Personal data will only be processed in accordance with the written instructions of Electrolux PLC and the privacy policies of Electrolux PLC and Benamic Unlimited (https://www.aeg.co.uk/overlays/data-privacy-statement/ and https://www.benamic.com/privacy-policy/ ). Personal data supplied during the course of this Electrolux Rewards Scheme will be retained for 12 months from the end of the Electrolux Rewards Scheme.

20. The Electrolux Rewards Programme is operated by Benamic Unlimited, Kilkenny Business and Technology Park, IDA, Co. Kilkenny, R95 ETN5, Ireland Ireland who is acting as a commercial agent of Electrolux PLC.
